Tariff
Room Rate - Rs.14,200 for two adults (each room/night).
Minimum booking of four rooms is required.
Rate is inclusive of morning tea, breakfast, dinner and taxes.
We try and prepare food according to your taste and choice; season and ingredients permitting.
Two kids 6-12 years can be accommodated in the same room at an extra cost of Rs.1500 per child (inclusive of morning tea/milk, breakfast, dinner and taxes).
Kids 5 years and below stay free of charge.
The Villa can accommodate up to 12 adults in 6 bedrooms (5 bedrooms with attached bath, 2 powder toilets one on each floor)
The Villa can accommodate up to 12 adults in 6 bedrooms.
Extra adults beyond 12 can be accommodated with extra beds per person @4000 inclusive of taxes (inclusive of morning tea, breakfast, dinner).
Accommodation for drivers can be arranged on request in the neighbourhood at affordable prices.
Maids can be accommodated within the Villa at a charge of @1500 per maid per day inclusive of all meals.

Policies and Bookings
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by 50% advance for the total stay. Balance 50% to be paid 30 days before arrival. 100% payment to be made for bookings done under 30 days.
Cancellation
15 days prior to arrival - 25% cost of total stay charged
Within 15 days of arrival - 100% cost of total stay charged
No Show - 100% cost of total stay charged
From 6 till 12 years - Rs.1500 each is charged. Package meals and an extra bed is included.
Above 12 years - A separate room will be required.
Check Out - 1000 Hours
Early arrival and late check-outs are available on request & availability.
A recent Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Please carry the required document during your travel.
